Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an Agent Builder specializing in AI Agents & Workflow Automation using Low-Code/No-Code platforms. This is a contract position based onsite in Coppell, Texas. The role requires local candidates only, and the interview process involves a mandatory face-to-face (in-person) round. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Build, configure, and deploy AI agents, chatbots, and automated workflows leveraging low-code and no-code tools. • Integrate workflows with external APIs, webhooks, and databases using sound basic logic. • Design intuitive conversational interfaces and user experience flows for automated agents. • Assist in process improvement and business workflow mapping to automate organizational processes. • Collaborate within an Agile team environment to iterate, test, and enhance AI solutions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Hands-on expertise with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, Make.com, Voiceflow, Botpress, Power Platform). • Proven track record in creating functional AI agents, chatbots, or automated workflows. • Strong background in conversation design and UX principles. • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, and core application logic. • Familiarity or hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM / Generative AI integration is a significant plus. • Background in business analysis or process improvement is strongly preferred. • Agile methodology familiarity. • Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Salesforce are an added bonus.
