### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, CICS, VSAM, and mainframe application development. The ideal candidate will support US Liquidity systems, production applications, and legacy modernization initiatives in an onsite environment in Columbus, OH. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, and VSAM. • Support US Liquidity systems and related projects. • Work on legacy mainframe modernization and microservices migration. • Ensure high-quality, secure, and defect-free code delivery. • Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues. • Work with JCL, batch processing, TSO, ISPF, and MVS utilities. • Follow architecture standards, risk management policies, and security guidelines. • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system issues and improve overall performance. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 10+ years of relevant experience in mainframe application development. • Core required technical skills: COBOL, CICS, VSAM, JCL, OS/MVS, MVS Utilities, TSO, ISPF, and Batch Processing. • Proven experience in mainframe application development and production support. • Preferred: Experience with mainframe modernization and microservices architecture. • Preferred: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and application architecture. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States. • Work arrangement: Onsite. ### Compensation & Benefits • Not specified. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated resume.
