• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Lead with strong expertise in IBM z/OS, COBOL, DB2, and JCL to work onsite in Charlotte, NC. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead Mainframe application development and support activities. - Utilize COBOL, DB2, JCL, and SQL for system development and enhancements. - Oversee batch processing and production support operations. - Conduct incident management and root-cause analysis. - Manage offshore team coordination and perform code reviews. - Drive production implementation and release management processes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as a Mainframe Lead. - Strong expertise in IBM z/OS, COBOL, DB2, and JCL. - Hands-on background in Mainframe application development & support. - Proficiency in COBOL, DB2, JCL, and SQL. - Demonstrated experience in batch processing, production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, offshore team coordination, code reviews, production implementation, and release management. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Onsite in Charlotte, NC • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Send resumes via email.
