Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring for the position of US Healthcare – SME (Subject Matter Expert) specializing in QNXT systems. The role is designed for experienced US Healthcare subject matter experts working remotely. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide subject matter expertise across US Healthcare workflow and QNXT platform processes • Guide operational teams on complex transactions, resolving process escalations and queries • Ensure full adherence to healthcare regulations, quality metrics, and performance standards • Monitor daily operations and support seamless service delivery during US business hours Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 4.5 to 6 Years of relevant US Healthcare experience (mandatory) • Deep hands-on process knowledge and expertise in QNXT • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable working in US shifts • Available for immediate joining Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Shift: US Shift • Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote) • Location Base: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India Compensation & Benefits • CTC: Up to INR 7,50,000 per annum (7.5 LPA) Application Instructions • Interested candidates can apply by forwarding their CV directly to the recruiter.
