Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring for QNXT | US Healthcare for the position of US Healthcare – SPE (Subject Matter Expert). This is a Work From Home opportunity with preference for immediate joiners. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle US Healthcare operations and QNXT process workflows. • Provide process-level expertise and domain execution support within the US Healthcare team. • Ensure quality deliverables adhering to process knowledge and standards during US shifts. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 1.6 to 4 Years of relevant experience. • Relevant US Healthcare experience is mandatory. • Strong communication skills and robust process knowledge. • Immediate joiners preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote). • Shift: US Shift. • Base Locations: Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore.
