Role & Company / Project Overview: Creencia is hiring an experienced Operations Head to lead steel structure detailing operations and project execution for a client serving the US market. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and oversee day-to-day steel structure detailing operations and project execution. • Manage, mentor, develop, and lead high-performing detailing teams and coordinators. • Ensure quality, accuracy, productivity, and timely delivery of projects. • Coordinate and collaborate with US-based clients, project managers, and internal teams. • Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and delivery excellence. • Monitor project progress, resource planning, and deliverable quality. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of preferred experience in steel structure detailing and operations leadership. • Strong background and proven track record in steel structure detailing operations. • Proven team leadership, people management, and project management skills. • Excellent communication and client handling skills. • Solid understanding of project workflows, quality standards, and delivery timelines. • Experience working with US-based clients. • Knowledge of Tekla Structures and related detailing tools is preferred.
