• Role & Company / Project Overview PT. Herros Solutech is inviting applications for the position of Staff CAD & CAM to join its manufacturing and engineering facility in Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Operate CAD software to draft, review, and adjust technical manufacturing drawings. - Support CAD/CAM operations aligned with production workflows. - Understand and coordinate with basic manufacturing/production processes. - Work collaboratively within a cross-functional technical team. - Respond quickly, accurately, and proactively to production design requirements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Gender: Male (Pria). - Education: Minimum D3 diploma. - Major: Preferred major in Mechanical Engineering (Teknik Mesin). - Experience: Fresh Graduate / Experienced. - Technical Skills: Proficient in operating CAD software, good foundational understanding of basic production processes. - Attributes: Possess strong leadership spirit, excellent teamwork capabilities, and the ability to work quickly, accurately, and responsively (cepat, tepat, dan tanggap). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia. - Working Mode: Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - PT.
