Role & Company / Project Overview: Fusion in Cheshire, CT is expanding its team and hiring a Physical Therapist for full-time and part-time opportunities. We maintain a waitlist for PT evaluations and are dedicated to providing 1:1 patient visits without stacking schedules. The practice features a sports and orthopedic caseload treating one patient at a time, backed by an in-house Sports Performance team that provides patients with a clear transition from rehabilitation back to sports participation. Clinicians receive mentorship from experienced peers and ample room for professional growth. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and treat a dedicated sports and orthopedic patient caseload on a strictly 1:1 basis • Utilize force plates and velocity-based training equipment alongside hands-on manual techniques and clinical judgment to guide patient care decisions • Collaborate closely with the in-house Sports Performance team to facilitate seamless transitions from rehab to athletic performance Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree • State of Connecticut PT license or license eligibility Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time • Location: Fusion, Cheshire, Connecticut (Onsite) Compensation & Benefits: • Full-time Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year (depending on experience) • Part-time Pay: $40–$45 per hour (depending on experience) • Full-time Benefits: Health benefits and 401(k) • Part-time Benefits: 401(k) and Paid Time Off (PTO) based on weekly hours worked Application Instructions: • Interested candidates should submit their resume via the provided contact email.
