Role & Company / Project Overview: Fusion in Cheshire, CT is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time and part-time positions. At Fusion, patient care is strictly delivered on a 1:1 basis for sports and orthopedic conditions. Therapists utilize modern assessment and training tools such as force plates and velocity-based training combined with clinical expertise. An integrated in-house Sports Performance team helps guide patients on their pathway from rehabilitation back to sport. Mentorship from experienced clinicians and strong opportunities for career growth are provided. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide 1:1 physical therapy assistant care under the direction of physical therapists for sports and orthopedic patients • Implement treatment plans utilizing velocity-based training, force plates, and manual therapy techniques • Coordinate with the internal Sports Performance team to assist patients through rehabilitation into athletic return Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • State of Connecticut PTA license or license eligibility Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time • Location: Fusion, Cheshire, Connecticut (Onsite) Compensation & Benefits: • Full-time Salary: $62,000–$75,000 per year (depending on experience) • Part-time Pay: $26–$31 per hour (depending on experience) • Full-time Benefits: Health benefits and 401(k) • Part-time Benefits: 401(k) and Paid Time Off (PTO) based on weekly hours worked Application Instructions: • Submit resume directly to the specified employer contact email.
