### Role & Company / Project Overview FACE Prep is India’s leading employability and industry-aligned education company with over 17 years of experience partnering with higher education institutions to bridge academia and industry (partnered with 2,000+ colleges/universities, trained 6+ million students, pan-India presence headquartered in Coimbatore). They are hiring a Commerce Mentor to join their young, energetic, and mission-driven team. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Mentor students in commerce, accounting, finance, taxation, and business-related subjects. • Conduct engaging training sessions that strengthen conceptual understanding and practical application. • Collaborate with placement teams to enhance students’ industry readiness. • Assess student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and evaluations. • Communicate with students and parents regarding progress and learning needs. • Track student attendance, assessments, assignments, and performance metrics. • Support students in obtaining relevant professional certifications and securing internships. • Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or a related field. • Freshers are welcome to apply. • Strong subject knowledge in commerce, accounting, taxation, and finance. • Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Passion for mentoring students and supporting their academic and professional growth. • Ability to work collaboratively in a corporate-style training environment. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (with positions across major cities in Tamil Nadu). • Note: Initial offline training period is conducted in Coimbatore, even for candidates interested in other locations. ### Compensation & Benefits • Training Period: ₹15,000 per month stipend during offline training in Coimbatore. • Full-Time Employment: ₹3,00,000 per annum fixed CTC upon conversion. • Career Progression: CTC revised to ₹4,00,000 per annum upon successfully clearing the NET examination and meeting applicable Assistant Professor requirements. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates who are passionate about commerce and teaching can connect with the Talent Acquisition team.
