• Role & Company / Project Overview Magic Bus India Foundation is hiring a Training Officer in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to contribute to empowering youth through skills development and sustainable livelihoods. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct life skills, employability, IT skills, and financial literacy training sessions for youth. - Facilitate learning modules and engage participants to ensure effective skill enhancement. - Support youth throughout their development program to prepare them for market-aligned employment. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree (any stream). - Minimum 2 years of experience in youth training facilitation or development programs. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India - Working Mode: Onsite / Field • Compensation & Benefits - ₹30,000 CTC per month + Travel & Mobile Allowance • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should email their updated resume to the contact email with the subject line format: "Application for Training Officer – Chennai".
