• Role & Company / Project Overview IELEKTRON TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. is hiring an OTA / FOTA - Connectivity Development Engineer in Chennai to architect and implement over-the-air firmware/software updates for connected vehicle platforms. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop, integrate, and maintain Over-the-Air (OTA) and Firmware Over-the-Air (FOTA) update solutions for automotive ECUs. - Design secure connectivity protocols, telematics integration, and remote update pipelines. - Address cybersecurity and fail-safe recovery mechanisms during firmware updates. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of experience in automotive connectivity, telematics, and embedded engineering. - Hands-on expertise in OTA / FOTA software development, automotive protocols, and connectivity architectures. - Strong domain expertise and problem-solving capabilities. - Notice period: Immediate to 30 days preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. - Regular work hours. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Share updated CV via email.
