Role & Company / Project Overview: IKS Health is hiring for the position of Quality Expert - AR (Hospital Billing) within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) based in Chennai. The role focuses on auditing hospital billing AR processes and ensuring adherence to high quality standards and client SLAs. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Audit RCM processes in Accounts Receivable (AR / Hospital billing) for accuracy and compliance. • Identify process gaps and share constructive feedback for continuous improvement. • Work collaboratively with operations and training teams to enhance process quality. • Maintain audit reports and track key performance metrics. • Support new projects and ensure strict adherence to client SLAs. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Graduation in any discipline is mandatory. • AR Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) / Hospital Billing. • Quality Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Auditor (on paper) / Quality Expert preferred. • Strong understanding of quality processes and compliance standards in Revenue Cycle Management.
