### Role & Company / Project Overview DCS Jobs is recruiting skilled Evaluation and Management Orthosurgery Coders for its office in Chennai. This position focuses on specialized orthopaedic and surgical coding. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Review and code complex orthopaedic surgery and evaluation and management documentation. • Assign accurate diagnosis, procedure, and modifier codes for orthosurgical encounters. • Collaborate with clinical documentation and auditing teams to clarify ambiguous surgical notes. • Ensure absolute compliance with healthcare coding standards, HIPAA rules, and payer-specific guidelines. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Medical Coding Certification is Mandatory. • Minimum 2+ years of medical coding experience with specialization in orthopaedic surgery and E/M. • Relieving Letter / Document: Not Mandatory. • Notice Period: 15 Days. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). • Interview Mode: Walk-in / Virtual Interview. ### Compensation & Benefits • Attractive salary package aligned with experience and skills. ### Application Instructions • Please share your updated resume including current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and preferred location.
