Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Review inpatient records, physician notes, and inpatient encounter files. • Assign accurate E&M and related procedural/diagnostic codes for inpatient hospital stays. • Maintain high QA accuracy scores through regular reviews and error audits.
