Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for experienced Creative Operations Coordinators for an exciting opportunity managing creative workflows and production coordination. There are 3 open positions available. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Managing end-to-end creative workflows and project coordination • Handling CRM campaigns, Email, and Direct Mail projects • Managing creative timelines, review cycles, task tracking, and approvals • Leading stakeholder and client coordination • Handling resource allocation, capacity planning, and blocker management • Ensuring version control, file readiness, image licensing, and compliance with creative production specifications • Collaborating seamlessly with US-based stakeholders Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Total Professional Experience: 8 to 10 years (Minimum 8 years required) • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (preferred) or Jira • Solid expertise in project coordination, creative workflows, and stakeholder communication Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO); candidates must be willing to work from the office during initial training and KT • Shift: US Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (may vary by 1 hour) • Note: Candidates from other USI locations may also be considered, except Kolkata Compensation & Benefits: • Budget: Up to 24 LPA Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their updated CV for consideration.
