Role & Company / Project Overview: True View Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring a PMO (Banking / BFSI) professional in Chennai to join meaningful projects and make an impact in the Banking & Financial Services sector. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive PMO activities, Project Governance, Program Management, Project Coordination, or Transformation Office functions. • Oversee IT Internal Audit, IT Risk Management, Compliance, IS Audit, or Technology Audit within Indian Banking. • Handle ITGC, SDLC Audits, Change Management, Access Management, Vendor Risk, DR/BCP, Infrastructure, and Application Audits. • Perform robust RAID Management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), Project Tracking, Budgeting, Resource Planning, and Stakeholder Management. • Prepare comprehensive Audit Reports, Governance Decks, Executive MIS, and Management Presentations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience. • Domain expertise in Banking / BFSI. • Strong background in IT Internal Audit, IT Risk Management, Compliance, IS Audit, or Technology Audit within Indian Banking. • Hands-on experience in PMO, Project Governance, Program Management, Project Coordination, or Transformation Office. • Strong understanding and knowledge of RBI Regulations, Banking Technology Controls, Information & Cyber Security, and Risk & Compliance Frameworks. • Hands-on experience across ITGC, SDLC Audits, Change Management, Access Management, Vendor Risk, and DR/BCP. • In-depth knowledge of banking systems including Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Treasury, Lending, Cards, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS. • Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
