Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced professional for the role of Senior Credentialing Associate in Chennai to support US Healthcare provider credentialing operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing processes for healthcare providers with various US payers. • Complete, verify, and submit credentialing applications and supporting documentation. • Track application status, follow up with insurance plans, and resolve any credentialing discrepancies or delays. • Maintain accurate provider databases, CAQH profiles, and state licenses. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1+ year of experience in US Healthcare provider credentialing. • Thorough knowledge of payer enrollment, CAQH, NPI registry, and credentialing guidelines. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in follow-ups. • Immediate joiners preferred.
