Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring experienced US Healthcare RCM Professionals for the role of AR Caller – HB / PB / DME based in Chennai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle accounts receivable follow-up for Hospital Billing (HB), Physician Billing (PB), and Durable Medical Equipment (DME). • Follow up on unpaid, denied, or pending insurance claims with US healthcare payers. • Identify denial trends and initiate necessary actions to resolve claim rejections. • Maintain high quality and productivity standards according to US Healthcare RCM guidelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Healthcare RCM AR Calling covering HB, PB, or DME. • Solid understanding of denial management, billing concepts, and claims adjudication. • Good communication and analytical skills. • Immediate joiners preferred.
