### Role & Company / Project Overview ACN Healthcare is hiring experienced professionals to join its dynamic Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as Certified Denial Coders in Chennai. The organization offers career growth opportunities, structured learning and development programs, a supportive work environment, and competitive compensation. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Review and analyze denial claims within the Revenue Cycle Management workflow. • Manage appeals and reconsiderations effectively to resolve denied claims. • Apply ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards accurately to process medical claims. • Implement payer guidelines and navigate reimbursement processes to ensure optimal revenue recovery. • Coordinate with internal RCM teams and utilize analytical skills to drive appeal resolutions. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Certified Medical Coder credentials (CPC, CCS, or COC preferred). • Minimum 1+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in Denial Coding. • Strong, comprehensive knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding. • Solid practical experience in denial analysis, appeals, and reconsiderations. • In-depth understanding of payer guidelines and reimbursement processes. • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Immediate joiners are strongly preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: SRH Motorstar – ACN Healthcare, 3rd Floor, Indicube Olive, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Opposite Furniture Mall, Kandanchavadi, OMR IT Corridor, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - 600096 • Work Setup: Onsite ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation package. • Comprehensive learning, training, and career advancement programs. ### Application Instructions Candidates are invited to attend the walk-in interview in person at the facility with an updated resume and relevant professional documents.
