• Role & Company / Project Overview: Pan-Asia is hiring experienced professionals to join the VKYC & CD KYC Operations team as Team Leader – Assistant Manager in Chennai. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise and drive daily VKYC and CD KYC operational workflows - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10+ operational team members - Ensure high accuracy in customer verification, compliance standards, and SLA adherence - Handle reporting, performance metrics, and operational updates • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 5 to 8 years of experience in KYC, Operations, or Customer Verification - Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience - Proven track record of managing a team of 10+ members - BPO experience is considered; NBFC or Banking background is preferred - Multilingual skills are mandatory (at least 2–3 regional languages) - Strong team management, interpersonal communication, and operational reporting skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India - Shift Details: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including Sundays and holidays • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resume via email.
