• Role & Company / Project Overview: Vasjo Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in HCM, HRIS, Talent Management, or Performance Management to join an exciting consulting opportunity. Target profiles include Senior Business Analyst, HCM Business Analyst, HRIS Business Analyst, Talent Management Consultant, Workday / SuccessFactors Consultant, and Product Owner – HR Systems. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Conduct requirements gathering, user stories creation, acceptance criteria definition, and gap analysis - Execute Agile and Scrum delivery practices - Perform system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong professional communication • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5+ years of Business Analysis experience - Strong functional and domain expertise in HCM, HRIS, Talent Management, and Performance Management - Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments - Proven background in system testing, integration testing, and UAT - Strong stakeholder management and verbal/written communication skills - Preferred Experience: Practical experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP, or Ramco - Preferred Experience: Hands-on background in HR transformation, payroll, talent management, or performance management implementations - Preferred Certifications: CBAP, PMP, CSM, PSPO, or Scrum certifications • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Remote / Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India - Work arrangement: Remote / Onsite consulting options available • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified in the job announcement • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit an updated resume via DM or email.
