### Role & Company / Project Overview Caresoft Mobility Pvt Ltd is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive for the position of Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer at their facility in Mahindra World City SEZ, Chengalpattu. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Conduct Time Studies and Motion Studies to evaluate operations and establish standard work practices. • Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies including Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Visual Management, and Poka-Yoke. • Carry out assembly line balancing, plant layout optimization, and cost reduction initiatives. • Drive continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and assembly operations to boost efficiency and safety. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 0 to 5 years (open to fresh graduates and experienced engineers). • Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering. • Required Skills & Competencies: - Experience or training in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement. - Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Time & Motion Studies, Line Balancing, Layout Optimization, and Cost Reduction. - Hands-on familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Visual Management, and Poka-Yoke implementation. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Walk-In Dates: 22 to 24 October 2026 • Walk-In Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM • Interview Venue: Caresoft Mobility Pvt Ltd, Plot No. TP-5, 4th Avenue, Thenmelpakkam Village, Mahindra World City SEZ, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu – 603004 • Work Location: Mahindra World City, Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu, India ### Compensation & Benefits • Standard industry compensation package suited to qualifications and experience level. ### Application Instructions • Attend the walk-in drive at the venue or email your updated CV to Krithika at the contact email provided.
