• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong hands-on development experience and deep expertise in API Development, Python, MongoDB, and Java. The ideal candidate can bridge business requirements and technical architecture, acts as an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, and is comfortable working directly with development teams. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Serve as a strong senior-level Architect with hands-on development responsibility - Design real-time, low-latency, and high-performance API architectures - Conduct Python-based feature engineering - Implement and utilize MongoDB as an online feature store and cache layer - Optimize MongoDB performance and queries - Optimize API Gateway to achieve lower API response times - Bridge business requirements and technical architecture while collaborating directly with development teams - Oversee scalable, distributed, and real-time systems • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience - Strong senior-level Architect with hands-on development background - Expert-level API development experience - Very strong Python development skills - Very strong MongoDB experience - Strong Java development experience - Experience designing Real-Time APIs - Experience with Python-based Feature Engineering - Experience using MongoDB as an Online Feature Store / Cache Layer - Strong understanding of Predictive AI / Machine Learning architectures - Experience optimizing MongoDB performance and queries - Experience optimizing API Gateway for lower API response times - Strong understanding of low-latency and high-performance API architecture - Experience with scalable, distributed, and real-time systems - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Charlotte, NC (In-Person) - Employment Type: Contract / C2C • Application Instructions: Interested candidates, please share your updated resume and contact details for consideration.
