Role & Company / Project Overview: DevCare Solutions is seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud & API Integration Developer to design and build next-generation contact center integrations and self-service capabilities. A key initiative for this position is integrating cutting-edge Agentic AI platforms into the ecosystem to automate critical customer servicing workflows. This is a long-term duration engagement. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop complex Genesys Cloud call flows, intelligent inbound routing, and seamless telephony integrations. • Design and develop robust REST APIs using C#, .NET, Java, or Node.js to connect customer profiles, transaction services, and secure gateways. • Integrate cutting-edge Agentic AI platforms into the ecosystem to automate critical customer servicing workflows. • Drive customer journey analytics and integrate contact center technologies with backend systems. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong background in contact center technologies and software engineering experience. • Advanced proficiency in IVR systems and telephony integrations. • Proven expertise in building REST APIs using C#, .NET, Java, or Node.js. • Hands-on proficiency with data platforms like Snowflake. • Experience with reporting and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. • Passion for driving customer journey analytics and AI innovation.
