• Role & Company / Project Overview: The Fern Habitat Goa, Candolim (Series by Marriott) is welcoming applications for Industrial Trainees in Candolim, Goa, offering comprehensive hospitality industry training across various core hotel departments. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Rotate and train across key hotel operating departments including Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping, and Food Production. - Assist operational staff in daily duties while learning standard operating procedures and hotel service standards. - Participate in team briefings, departmental training sessions, and guest service tasks. - Adhere to hotel grooming, safety, hygiene, and guest satisfaction guidelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Open to hospitality students currently pursuing or freshly completing their degree or diploma in Hotel Management. - High enthusiasm to learn, positive attitude, and eagerness to build a career in the hotel industry. - Good communication skills and grooming standards. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Candolim, Goa, India. - Onsite training program with rotational shifts. • Compensation & Benefits: - Industrial training stipend and certificate as per company policy. • Application Instructions: - Send application and resume to the HR team via email.
