• Role & Company / Project Overview Hiring now for a hands-on Systems Admin SME / Research AI & Applications Consultant for a 12+ month contract engagement. The role involves supporting cloud-hosted research applications, AI/agentic systems, and scientific SaaS platforms in the Pharma / Life Sciences sector. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support production cloud-hosted research applications, AI and agentic systems, and scientific SaaS platforms - Oversee and manage cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), logging, and monitoring - Handle incident management, security configurations, and operations support - Manage ticketing, workflows, and service delivery via ServiceNow and Jira - Collaborate with scientific research and application teams • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of production systems administration experience - Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) - Deep technical proficiency in Linux, Docker/Containers, Python, APIs, DNS, TLS, and IAM - Hands-on expertise with Cloud Run, Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP), Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, and Cloud Monitoring - Robust knowledge of CI/CD, IaC, proactive monitoring, security best practices, and incident management - Proficiency using ServiceNow and Jira - Practical exposure to Gemini / Vertex AI - Pharma / Life Sciences domain experience is strictly required - Active LinkedIn profile and 2 professional references are required • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) - Contract Duration: 12+ Months - Interview Process: Virtual Interview • Application Instructions - Qualified candidates with life sciences experience should reach out ASAP via the provided contact email.
