Role & Company / Project Overview: An established product-based company is seeking an experienced DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to build, automate, secure, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines in the Bay Area, CA. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Build, automate, secure, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD deployment pipelines. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and streamline GitOps practices. • Integrate security practices throughout the SDLC (DevSecOps) including vulnerability management and scanning. • Manage, scale, and monitor containerized applications across cloud environments. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in DevOps / DevSecOps Engineering. • Cloud Platforms: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. • CI/CD Tools: Expertise in Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. • Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform and IaC methodologies. • Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell. • Security Practices: SAST, DAST, SCA, vulnerability scanning, cloud security, GitOps, and Secure SDLC. • Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog. • Preferred: Experience in a product-based/SaaS company, familiarity with Argo CD, FluxCD, and microservices architecture. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bay Area, CA. • On-site / hybrid working environment as per company policy.
