Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for an on-site German Outbound Sales position based at Maadi Technology Park in Cairo. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Execute outbound sales calls targeting German-speaking clients and accounts. - Utilize computer systems efficiently to handle sales transactions, account information, and pipeline tracking. - Meet and exceed designated sales performance benchmarks and campaign objectives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (B2+ / C1 level) and English (B2 level). - Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Sales. - Education & Eligibility: Graduates only (Egyptian nationals only; military service certificate required). - Age Limit: Maximum age of 45 years. - Technical Skills: Computer literacy and the ability to navigate and handle systems efficiently. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Setup: On-site. - Location: Maadi Technology Park, Cairo, Egypt. - Working Hours: Rotational 9 hours per day (inclusive of breaks), working 5 days per week with 2 rotational days off. - Transportation: Dedicated transportation provided via collection points, plus door-to-door transportation for females between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. • Compensation & Benefits: - Total Package: Up to 48,000 EGP Gross. - Allowances: Overnight allowance starting from 8:00 PM. - Insurance: Comprehensive Medical and Social insurance provided. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates who meet the requirements should submit their application or contact the hiring team via the contact details provided.
