• Role & Company / Project Overview Andalusia Group is seeking a qualified Medical Auditor to join the healthcare quality and audit team in Cairo, Egypt. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Review patient electronic medical records, including symptoms, history, examination results, X-ray/lab tests, diagnoses, and treatment plans - Audit compliance with Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) by doctors in AHJ & Centers and verify accuracy of requested CPGs - Audit the Treatment Succession Plan for patients and communicate with the clinical team to fulfill required documentation - Review and transcribe medical drafts, resolve data conflicts between medical systems/drafts, and translate reports (English to Arabic) as needed - Extract ER reports and translate them for insurance submission; ensure operation notes are clear to secure insurance approvals - Transcribe daily requested Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, and exception reports, ensuring records are complete with proper documentation for referral and ancillary services - Prepare compliance reports for the specialty, train clinical teams, generate leads for the CRM team, and participate in clinical campaign preparation • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine & Surgery (MBBCh) - Post-graduate/Specialization: Fellowship in General Surgery or Internal Medicine (ongoing or enrolled candidates are welcome, even from the 1st year) - Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG), insurance requirements, and medical transcription/translation - Professional Skills: Excellent communication, training, and report-writing skills with high attention to detail • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-time - Location: Cairo, Egypt • Application Instructions Interested candidates are welcome to send their CVs via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
