• Role & Company / Project Overview CAPTEX, a leading company in synthetic turf and sports equipment manufacturing, is hiring a Network & IT Infrastructure Engineer in Alnozha Algadida, Cairo. The engineer will manage, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot the company's network infrastructure and connected IT devices. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and maintain the company's LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure. - Install, connect, configure, and troubleshoot Servers, Routers, Switches, and Access Points. - Connect computers, laptops, printers, and other devices to the company network. - Configure and manage IP addresses, DHCP, DNS, and network connectivity. - Configure and troubleshoot network printers. - Install, connect, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and NVR systems over the network. - Install, configure, and maintain Attendance & Access Control systems and connect them to the network. - Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and communication problems. - Monitor network performance and identify the root cause of network issues. - Perform and monitor system and data backups and ensure backup availability. - Manage and understand Domain, DNS, and hosting configurations for company email and website domains. - Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and external vendors when required. - Maintain proper documentation of network topology, IP addresses, device configurations, and network equipment. - Ensure the availability, stability, and security of the company's network infrastructure. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (either Communication or Computer Science). - Experience: 2–4 years of practical experience in Network & IT Infrastructure. - Must-Have Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Routers, Managed & Unmanaged Switches, and Access Points; LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi; TCP/IP & IP Addressing; DHCP & DNS; Domain & DNS Management; Backup Solutions; and the physical ability to install, connect, configure, and troubleshoot network devices with strong problem-solving skills. - Preferred Qualifications: CCNA certification, experience with CCTV / NVR systems, Attendance & Access Control Systems, and Network Printers. - Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and follow issues through to resolution, good documentation and communication skills, effective time management, and ability to work under stress. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Alnozha Algadida, Cairo, Egypt. - Onsite work environment. • Compensation & Benefits - Fixed salary. - Social insurance. - Private medical insurance. • Application Instructions - Send your CV via email or contact through WhatsApp.
