Role & Company / Project Overview: OutSourcing 4 U (O4U) Recruitment is hiring an enthusiastic, motivated Recruitment Specialist (Call Centre) to join the team immediately. This is an on-site, office-based role located in Maadi, Cairo. We are seeking someone with a bubbly, outgoing personality who can engage candidates, create an outstanding interview experience, and understands the call centre industry inside out. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct recruitment activities for call centre accounts from start to finish • Source, screen, and interview candidates in English with high confidence • Deliver a fantastic, positive interview experience for all applicants • Manage fast-paced recruitment pipelines and meet operational hiring needs • Coordinate and execute interviews Monday through Friday Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Previous recruitment experience (Call centre recruitment experience is highly preferred) • Solid understanding of call centre operations and recruitment processes • English language proficiency at B2 to B2+ level with excellent spoken and written English skills • Strong confidence interviewing candidates in English • Graduation status: Any graduation status accepted • Energetic, friendly, and confident personality • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Employment Type: Full-Time, office-based / on-site process • Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt • Shifts: Fixed shifts • Interview Days / Working Schedule: Monday to Friday • Training Period: 7 days • Start Date: ASAP / Immediate start Compensation & Benefits: • Monthly Salary: 9,000 - 12,000 EGP Application Instructions: • Interested candidates should apply via WhatsApp using the contact number provided in the listing.
