• Role & Company / Project Overview TravX is looking for an experienced and motivated Domestic MICE Specialist to join their team in Cairo, Egypt. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Plan, organize, and coordinate domestic MICE events, conferences, and group trips. - Handle hotel reservations, transportation, venues, and all related arrangements. - Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and service providers. - Negotiate rates and secure competitive offers. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and operational documents. - Follow up on bookings, payments, and client requirements. - Ensure smooth execution of events and group operations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 4–5 years of relevant experience in Domestic MICE. - Good knowledge of hotels and tourist destinations across Egypt. - Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Good command of English. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt - Working Days: Sunday to Thursday - Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV with the subject line 'Domestic MICE Specialist – Application'.
