Role & Company / Project Overview: Spire Pharma is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead our digital marketing team, execute high-impact campaigns, and translate creative concepts into measurable business growth. The role requires a candidate who bridges strategic vision, data-backed decision-making, and strong team leadership. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead, mentor, and guide the professional development of the digital marketing team to achieve business and marketing goals. • Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable operational plans, team priorities, and individual targets. • Oversee digital campaigns and review creative assets to maintain premium quality and strict brand consistency. • Closely monitor core performance metrics including web traffic, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS. • Track digital sales performance, social media channel growth, and overall campaign metrics, providing optimization recommendations. • Manage cross-functional workflows, project deadlines, reporting cadences, and overall team delivery. • Partner collaboratively with PR, Creative, Design, Moderation, Commercial, and Sales & Marketing teams. • Spearhead marketing innovation by systematically testing new digital strategies, emerging trends, and creative campaign ideas. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing), Commerce (Marketing), Mass Communication, or a related discipline. • 6 to 8 years of solid digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a direct team leadership or supervisory capacity. • In-depth comprehension of digital campaign performance, data analytics, and social media strategy. • Hands-on expertise in performance reporting, KPI management, and campaign conversion optimization. • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, task delegation, and problem-solving abilities. • Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint are considered an asset.
