### Role & Company / Project Overview Green Thermo Power (GTPPL) is urgently seeking an experienced Shift In-Charge to lead shift operations at their power plant in Byrnihat. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Supervise complete shift operations across the power plant, coordinating boiler, turbine, and auxiliary systems. • Lead operational teams including DCS operators, field engineers, and maintenance staff to maintain generation targets. • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and environmental regulations during the shift. • Manage plant emergencies, troubleshoot operational anomalies, and report performance parameters to management. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant leadership and operational experience in power plants. • Comprehensive hands-on background working with AFBC Boilers and Back Pressure Turbines. • Strong crisis management, technical troubleshooting, and team leadership skills. • Availability: Must be able to join within 15 days. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Byrnihat, Meghalaya, India. • Working Setup: Full-time onsite power plant shift management. ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary commensurate with experience. ### Application Instructions • Send your updated CV to the recruitment team for review.
