• Role & Company / Project Overview: ADG Concepts is urgently hiring for hands-on professionals to work in an engaging and challenging setting in South Texas. Openings are filled via a contract to W2 model. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Execute hands-on metal fabrication operations on site according to project blueprints and specifications - Adhere rigorously to safety protocols modelled after OSHA Safety Training Institute compliance - Collaborate effectively with onsite team leads and player coaches in a fast-paced environment • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction/metal fabrication - Good attitude and strong coach-ability - Must be a team player: cautious, quick to listen, safety conscious - Engineering mindset with a proven background in competitive environments • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Brownsville, Texas - Employment Model: Contract to W2 • Application Instructions: Apply via the link or reach out directly via text or email.
