• Role & Company / Project Overview: ADG Concepts is looking for Team Lead Onsite Leaders (player coaches) to guide hands-on construction and technical operations in South Texas. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Provide onsite leadership and coaching to technical crew members - Lead by example as a player coach performing hands-on work alongside the team - Enforce OSHA Safety Training Institute standards and ensure overall job-site safety - Coordinate daily tasks and troubleshoot project challenges • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and site leadership - Proven leadership ability with good attitude and high coach-ability - Cautious, attentive, quick to listen, and deeply safety conscious - Engineering mindset with experience performing in competitive environments • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Brownsville, Texas - Employment Model: Contract to W2 • Application Instructions: Apply using the designated link or reach out directly via email or text.
