• Role & Company / Project Overview Kotahi Consulting is engaging an Area Manager for Mine Roads (Front End) to deliver front-end civil packages for a major mining sector development under a 12-month contract. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee front-end delivery and construction management of mine access and haul roads. - Direct site operations, contractor productivity, safety compliance, and engineering logistics. - Drive planning, program milestones, and resource optimization across front-end mine infrastructure. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated track record in mining infrastructure, heavy civil works, or earthworks road construction. - Proven management credentials in civil engineering or mine operations. - Extensive experience managing contract works and contractor performance. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - 12-month contract basis. - Location: Brisbane based (Queensland, Australia). • Compensation & Benefits - Contract rate: $1,300 – $1,400 per day gross. • Application Instructions Reach out to the consulting team directly for confidential discussion.
