Role & Company / Project Overview: GenPsych is seeking a Safety Officer to join our team at our Brick, New Jersey facility. The position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for patients receiving behavioral health and substance abuse treatment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide physical security, access control, and premises surveillance throughout the facility. • Respond effectively to safety incidents, assist in crisis intervention, and enforce safety regulations. • Collaborate closely with clinical and operations staff to ensure patient safety and organizational compliance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience in safety, security, or crisis support, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health settings. • Exceptional communication, calm temperament, and situational awareness. • Dedication to patient advocacy and trauma-informed safety practices. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Brick, New Jersey. • Onsite facility role.
