### Role & Company / Project Overview Rapid Talent is seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Brampton, Ontario. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with hands-on experience operating brake press equipment, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining precision manufacturing standards. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Operate brake press machines with precision and adherence to safety guidelines. • Read, interpret, and work from detailed technical blueprints and engineering drawings. • Perform machine setup and programming of brake press machines according to project specifications. • Inspect finished components to ensure exact tolerance and quality standards. • Assist with laser cutting machine operations as needed. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Previous hands-on experience as a Brake Press Operator is required. • Demonstrated ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints. • Proven experience in setting up and programming brake press machines according to detailed specifications. • Prior experience operating laser cutting machinery is considered a strong asset. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada. • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday. • Work Model: Onsite manufacturing facility. ### Compensation & Benefits • Pay Rate: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience). ### Application Instructions • Apply directly by sending your resume or contacting the recruitment team via email or telephone.
