Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a hands-on Java Full Stack Lead Developer (Req ID: 61934-1) with deep technical expertise in modern Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, cloud-native application development, and Angular front-end frameworks. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and contribute hands-on to the architecture, design, and full-stack development of enterprise microservices and cloud-native solutions. • Design, develop, and optimize robust APIs and microservices using Spring Boot. • Build interactive, high-performance web front-ends using modern Angular and RxJS. • Manage data persistence layer across relational and NoSQL databases, writing advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, joins, and database designs with query optimization. • Implement messaging and event-driven patterns using Kafka and MQ. • Containerize applications with Docker and integrate with cloud-native architectures. • Employ AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar) to boost engineering velocity. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and provide strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 21+ preferred). • Solid expertise with Spring Boot & Microservices. • Strong background in Angular 19+ & RxJS. • Experience with Docker & Cloud-Native Applications. • Hands-on expertise with Kafka & MQ. • Deep knowledge of Relational & NoSQL Databases. • Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, complex joins, stored procedures, and database design). • Proficient with Git and Agile development methodologies. • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or modern AI-assisted engineering tools. • Preferred: CI/CD & DevOps pipeline experience. • Preferred: Automated testing with JUnit and Mockito. • Preferred: Enterprise-scale financial services domain experience.
