### Role & Company / Project Overview MSMG SKILLTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Senior Manager – Government Projects, CSR & Tender Strategy. The organization operates under the vision of building skills, creating opportunities, and driving change for a better tomorrow. We are seeking a highly talented, strategic, and result-oriented professional capable of independently preparing high-quality proposals, managing tender submissions, building institutional partnerships, and identifying government and CSR funding opportunities. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drafting Government Tenders, Expressions of Interest (EOI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), Detailed Project Reports (DPR), and Technical Proposals. - Preparing CSR project proposals, funding applications, and grant documentation. - Managing and executing projects in Skill Development, Healthcare, and Social Development sectors. - Conducting government department liaison, PSU coordination, and developing CSR partnerships. - Leading tender research, compliance verification, bid submission, and strategic project planning. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Master’s degree in Management, Public Administration, Social Work, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a relevant field preferred. - Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in government tender drafting and project proposal development (Mandatory). - Proven track record and experience in handling CSR proposals, DPRs, EOI, RFP, and technical bids. - Practical knowledge of government schemes, procurement procedures, and departmental coordination. - Experience in Skill Development, Healthcare, or Social Sector projects is essential/preferred. - Excellent English drafting, research, analytical, and documentation skills. - High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online tender portals. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bihar, India. - Full-time position. ### Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Negotiable, based on expertise and experience. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their updated CV with details of relevant projects handled.
