Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Senaapathy Kangayam Cattle Research Foundation (SKCRF) is hiring/engaging an experienced senior professional to lead Government Grants, CSR & Institutional Funding initiatives for conservation, environment, native livestock, and rural development efforts. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead initiatives to secure government grants, CSR funding, and support from NGO fundraising and institutional donors. - Conduct grant and proposal writing targeting corporates, trusts, and donor agencies. - Build and manage corporate & foundation partnerships. - Identify, navigate, and leverage relevant government schemes and programmes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 7+ years of experience preferred in NGO fundraising, government grants, CSR, and institutional partnerships. - Proven track record of securing funding; applicants must demonstrate previous funding/CSR grants they have personally helped secure. - Experience in environment, biodiversity, native livestock, agriculture, conservation, or rural development is an advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Engagement: Full-time employment or professional consultancy (open to discussion based on experience, track record, and preferred arrangement). - Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with regular visits to SKCRF, Kuttappalayam, Kangayam, Tiruppur District, Tamil Nadu. • Compensation & Benefits: - Open to discussion; applicants should state their expected remuneration/consultancy fee. • Application Instructions: - Send CV, funding track record, and expected remuneration/consultancy fee to the designated email address.
