Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Consultant Medical Gastroenterologist for a leading 110-bed Super Speciality Hospital in South Bihar through GIST (Global HR Consultant). The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including an in-house Cath Lab, CT scan, MRI, and a 36-bed ICU. This position offers an opportunity to manage a wide spectrum of gastroenterology cases within a reputed healthcare institution. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Conduct Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient Department (IPD) consultations for gastroenterology patients. - Diagnose, treat, and manage disorders related to the digestive system, gastrointestinal tract, liver, and pancreas. - Perform and interpret Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy procedures. - Manage emergency and critical gastroenterology cases independently. - Develop comprehensive clinical treatment and follow-up care plans. - Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Maintain accurate patient clinical records and documentation. - Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence across all medical procedures. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - DM / DNB in Gastroenterology (Mandatory). - 0 to 6 years of experience as a Gastroenterologist. - Strong expertise in gastroenterology and clinical decision-making. - Ability to handle critical and emergency medical cases independently. - Excellent communication and compassionate patient management skills. - Willingness to relocate to South Bihar. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: South Bihar, India. - Hospital Setup: Full-time hospital consulting and procedural duties. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC / Salary: INR 5,00,000 to INR 8,00,000 per month (₹5–8 Lakhs/month). - Accommodation provided by the hospital. • Application Instructions: - Eligible candidates can apply directly via the designated recruitment email or contact number.
