• Role & Company / Project Overview Grinity Intellect Private Limited is hiring for the position of Design Engineer – Solar. The role operates within the Solar & Renewable Energy industry, focusing on solar project design, technical documentation, and cross-team execution support. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare and review solar project design drawings, layouts, and technical documentation. - Develop electrical designs, single-line diagrams (SLDs), cable layouts, and other relevant engineering drawings, as applicable to the role. - Prepare civil and structural drawings for solar installations, including foundations, mounting structures, and related infrastructure, as applicable. - Coordinate with project execution, engineering, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and smooth implementation. - Review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements to ensure compliance with applicable standards. - Support design modifications, technical clarifications, and troubleshooting during project execution. - Ensure timely submission of drawings, design calculations, and other required technical deliverables. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 2–4 years of relevant experience in the solar industry. - Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a relevant qualification in Structural Design, depending on the specialization. - Eligible Backgrounds: Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Structural Design. - Practical knowledge of solar project design, engineering drawings, and technical documentation. - Proficiency in relevant design software, such as AutoCAD and other discipline-specific tools. - Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to coordinate with site and project teams as required. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India (Onsite coordination with site and project teams as required). • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions Interested candidates are invited to apply by submitting an updated resume or via the provided application link with the subject line format: Application – Design Engineer (Solar) – [Electrical/Civil/Structural].
