### Role & Company / Project Overview JKR Consulting and Services is looking for an experienced Plumbing BIM Modeller with strong technical expertise in plumbing systems, BIM modelling, and multidisciplinary coordination to be a part of their growing BIM team. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop and maintain accurate 3D plumbing BIM models for building projects using Autodesk Revit. - Prepare plumbing layouts, detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation. - Model water supply, drainage, sanitary, and other relevant plumbing systems. - Coordinate plumbing models with HVAC, electrical, fire protection, architectural, and structural disciplines. - Perform clash detection, resolve coordination issues using Navisworks Manage, and incorporate design revisions. - Follow project specifications, BIM standards, BIM execution requirements, and quality requirements. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. ### Required Software Proficiency - Autodesk Revit MEP: Plumbing BIM modelling, layouts, families, and drawing documentation. - Navisworks Manage: Model coordination, clash detection, and clash resolution. - AutoCAD: Reviewing and preparing 2D plumbing drawings and layouts. - Preferred: Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 for model sharing, coordination, and collaboration. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Plumbing BIM Modelling (3+ to 4+ years). - Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems. - Good knowledge of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination. - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. - Preferred: Data Center project experience is highly preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. - Work Mode: Work from Office. - Joining Preference: Immediate joiners preferred. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can send their updated CV with the subject line 'Plumbing BIM Modeler – 4+ Years'.
