• Role & Company / Project Overview Your BIM Partner is seeking experienced MEP Mechanical, Plumbing, and HVAC BIM Engineers to join our professional team in Bangalore to work on demanding international BIM projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop accurate 3D BIM models for mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems - Produce detailed construction documentation, drawings, and shop drawings - Coordinate mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC models with structural, architectural, and electrical disciplines - Perform clash detection, conflict resolution, and model coordination using Navisworks - Ensure compliance with established BIM standards, execution plans, and project guidelines - Deliver tasks independently in alignment with project schedules and deadlines • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - 3+ years of relevant hands-on BIM experience in Mechanical, Plumbing, or HVAC disciplines - High proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD - Practical experience using Navisworks for BIM coordination and clash review - Strong technical understanding of mechanical and plumbing layouts, schematics, and construction documentation - Knowledge of industry BIM standards, workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination practices - Proven ability to manage deliverables independently and meet tight deadlines - International project experience is a significant advantage - Immediate joiners preferred • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Onsite - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Compensation & Benefits - Direct exposure to complex international BIM projects - Professional, collaborative team environment - Strong career progression and skill enhancement opportunities • Application Instructions Please submit your updated resume and portfolio via email.
