Role & Company / Project Overview: Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) is hiring a Manager – Design (Solar / BESS) under the Renewable Green Energy Department based at the Head Office in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The role focuses on leading design and engineering for utility-scale Solar PV and Solar + BESS installations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead design and engineering for utility-scale Solar PV and Solar + BESS projects. • Prepare and review SLDs, GA drawings, layouts, cable sizing, equipment foundations, and earthing and lightning protection systems. • Develop and optimize complete BOQs for Solar PV, BESS, and integrated projects. • Conduct load flow analysis, short-circuit studies, protection coordination, and DC/AC system design. • Ensure compliance with CEA, IEC, IS, CTU, STU, and DISCOM standards and grid connectivity requirements. • Coordinate with EPC teams, procurement, OEMs, consultants, and project stakeholders. • Support tendering, techno-commercial evaluations, construction, commissioning, and performance validation. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. • Total Experience: 10 Years. • Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in Solar PV design and 5 years in BESS / Energy Storage / Power Systems. • Mandatory Technical Skills: PVsyst / Helios and AutoCAD. • Preferred Technical Skills: ETAP / SKM and advanced Excel. • Strong understanding of Solar EPC execution, BESS integration, electrical design, and BOQ optimization. • Experience in utility-scale solar projects of 50 MWac or above and grid-connected BESS projects is an added advantage.
