• Role & Company / Project Overview Earthcraft Solar Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for a senior leadership role: GM / Head – Solar EPC Projects & Technical, based in Bhiwani, Haryana. We are seeking an accomplished Solar EPC leader to manage end-to-end project execution and build the teams, systems, and standards supporting our growth. This senior leadership role covers the full project lifecycle from site survey, engineering, and procurement through construction, commissioning, grid synchronization, and handover. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead ground-mounted and C&I rooftop Solar EPC projects. - Manage site surveys, engineering, SLDs, layouts, and BOQ/BOM. - Plan procurement, logistics, manpower, materials, and project resources. - Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, clients, consultants, DISCOMs, and authorities. - Oversee civil, structural, electrical, DC, AC, HT, and SCADA works. - Track schedules, budgets, productivity, quality, and project risks. - Lead testing, commissioning, grid synchronization, and final handover. - Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and technical standards. - Maintain project documentation and implement corrective or recovery plans. - Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams while improving execution systems and accountability. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering preferred. - 12–18+ years of relevant Solar EPC experience. - 50–100 MW+ cumulative Solar EPC execution experience. - Proven experience independently handling 20 MW, 50 MW, or 100 MW+ projects. - Hands-on experience with ground-mounted and C&I rooftop projects. - Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, RMUs, HT panels, and protection systems. - Working knowledge of SCADA, testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization. - Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project/Primavera. - Strong leadership, team-building, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills. - Ability to manage complex projects from site survey through handover and deliver measurable results. - Hands-on Solar EPC leader with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and operational discipline who can operate at both strategic and site-execution levels, resolve challenges decisively, improve project performance, and build a scalable EPC organization. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bhiwani, Haryana, India. - Industry: Solar EPC / Renewable Energy. • Application Instructions - Send updated CV via email with Subject: Application – GM / Head – Solar EPC Project.
