• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Web Development Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead engineering teams in the design, development, and delivery of software and web applications - Drive technical and architectural decisions, API design, security, and testing practices - Oversee CI/CD automation and modern microservices/cloud-native implementation - Handle stakeholder management and cross-functional team communication in an Agile/Scrum setup • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Around 8 years of relevant experience in software and web application development - Proven experience leading engineering teams with strong technical and people leadership skills - Strong background in architecture, API design, security, testing, and CI/CD pipelines - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills - Core Skills: React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js & Python, FastAPI / REST APIs, Web Application Architecture, PostgreSQL / SQL, Azure / AWS, Docker & Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD or equivalent), Microservices & Cloud-Native Architecture, Agile/Scrum • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru - Work Model: Hybrid (1 to 3 days/week mandatory from office) • Compensation & Benefits - Budget: Up to ₹25 LPA • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resume along with current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and current location.
